Please understand that you are taking a risk when you decide to have the baby lovebird ship to you from out of State. There are so many things that can happen once I drop off the baby bird to be shipped. The temperature, the delays, processing and so forth.

We only ship healthy, hand raised and fully weaned baby birds. However, sometimes there are unforeseen circumstances while the baby bird is traveling to you, such as airborne viruses or bacterias they may encounter inside the airplane cargo. And that is something I can't control. I will take pictures and a video of the baby bird as we prepare them for shipping. This is to ensure you of the baby bird's health and shipping arrangements prior to shipment.

You must agree to take a picture of the baby bird on the day of arrival at your residence and send it to me via text or email ASAP, so I know that it has arrived safely. This helps me to know if it’s safe to continue to provide this service for others from out of state that wants to adopt a baby lovebird from me.

All sales are final when the birds are shipped. There are no returning or refund for the birds. We have a 48 hour limit of notification, after delivering of the birds, of any death at the point of delivery. Immediate inspection is necessary to ensure damage didn't occur during shipping and the birds are alive at delivery. A vet must sign off and timestamp the death within the 48 hours. We will replace the dead bird free of charge, but not the shipping cost. You will be responsible to cover the cost of shipping of the replacement bird.

I do ship via Delta Airlines $150 with a $30 crate fee. I add on the crate fee to payment via PayPal. You will need to let me know know which one you prefer.

We will drive a maximum of a 20 mile radius of Santa Clara County, CA. to meet you (You will need to bring your own cage). Or farther delivery is negotiable with an additional cost. If you do this, we will require a deposit which we will then subtract from the final price to ensure an actual meeting will occur.
